Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You can submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account at https://shopify.com/95135531352/account. If you checked out using a phone number only, please use the link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.
Your withdrawal period is extended over weekends and public holidays.
Returning Items
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the items within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will refund the full order value including standard outbound shipping within 14 days. Please note we only refund the cost of standard delivery — if you chose a premium shipping option, the difference will not be refunded.
